Synopsis
Fraise, is a shy young mermaid, who along with her friends attend the prestigious Delphic Academy, where she's studying to become a Delphinium. One fateful day, Fraise discovers she has special powers no other mermaid has and with these new abilities she battles the Phantom Ink which is invading the ocean.
